Jamie Patterson, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Jamie graduated from MATC in 2004 and has been a LMT Licensed Massage Therapist for 20 years now. She absolutely loves what she does, whether it’s helping clients physically, mentally or emotionally. She specializes in therapeutic massage for pain relief through relaxation with a medium/firm pressure. She really enjoys working and helping clients/athletes through injuries and keeping them well-maintained to prevent further injury.
Currently, she has been really enjoying learning and working on the psoas muscle to help with low back pain. She enjoys hip stretching as well to help with Sciatic nerve. She is certified in cupping, hot stones and prenatal massage as well.
Jamie is truly here to listen and help her clients to the best of her and their ability, and is excited to continue building healing relationships with them.
In her free time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys. They are an avid football family and she loves watching her boys play football. You can also find her working and helping those in need at the Sauk Prairie Food Pantry. Her faith is also very important to her. Jamie looks forward to growing and learning more in her career as a massage therapist.
