What, Why, and When
Acupuncture – This is the foundation of your fertility protocol. Schedule treatments three times during your cycle: between cycle days 3–6, again at ovulation, and once more 5–7 days post-ovulation to support implantation. Each session is uniquely tailored to where you are in your cycle, helping regulate hormones, improve egg quality, increase uterine blood flow, and calm the nervous system.
Celluma Light Therapy – Start as early as cycle day 3, and continue during the first part of your cycle, ideally one week before ovulation for a full 7 days. This LED therapy promotes cellular regeneration, reduces inflammation, and supports ovarian health; giving your body an energetic boost one cycle to help you find the self care.
Infrared Sauna with Red Light – Best scheduled 1 time between CD 1–6, this treatment helps detox excess hormones from the previous cycle while enhancing circulation to the uterus. As your body begins rebuilding the uterine lining around CD 3, the infrared and red light work together to create a strong, healthy foundation for implantation.
Womb Steaming – Plan for 1 session after your period ends but before trying to conceive. You can do them in person or rent our womb steaming chair for 1 week included in the package. Womb steaming improves blood flow to the pelvis, enhances cervical mucus production, and helps gently open the cervix, supporting a fertile environment and helping your body release any residual stagnation.
Consultations – Schedule a 30-minute check-in every 6 weeks, either in-person or virtually with Chandon or Lisa. These sessions are vital to your progress. They allow us to track your cycle, fine-tune herbs and supplements, adjust lifestyle recommendations, and answer your questions so you feel confident and supported.
